Hello, I recently bought an S1 and attempted connecting my laptop to it in the creative space software. It prompted me to install all of the necessary drivers so I did as they popped up. My computer can definitely see the machine when I plug it in under the device manager but it can't see it in the software. Under the device manager it's showing up as USB Serial Device (COM 3) Vs the name of the installed driver it's suppose to be CH341. So I'm guessing that could be the issue? I've tried installing it many times over with no luck at changing that name. Under the installer for that driver it also says “No Device is found” if you hit uninstall. I'm now on my desktop since it didn't work on the laptop (It's a newer gaming computer running windows 10 vs windows 7 on the laptop) My laptop did see the laser briefly but then it started to blink purple for the past 24hrs. Now on both computers I just get "Can't find device connected through USB" when pressing connect. I've run through all of the support tutorials under the “device not found” link with no luck. Anyone else have similar issues or found a solution to something similar? It's a bit frustrating getting such an expensive machine and not be able to get it to function.
