This guide explains the meaning of different indicator light statuses on your M1 device. It helps you understand what each color and pattern indicates about the device's current state and provides the necessary steps to address any issues that may arise.

Things you should know

  1. Solid Red (Device Exception):
    • When the indicator light is solid red, indicating an error, connect to xTool Creative Space (XCS) and check the pop-up messages for troubleshooting.
    • If no pop-up appears, restart M1.

  2. Flashing White (Device Starting Up):
    • If the device is starting up and the indicator is flashing white for a long time (over 3 minutes), this suggests a potential malfunction.
    • Try restarting the device.
