💡 Tips:
1. xTool Inline Duct Fan and xTool Smoke Purifier (shown below) cannot be controlled by the fire safety set or xTool M1 Ultra. Therefore, if you use M1 Ultra with these accessories, you will need a smart switch to ensure successful fire extinguishing. However, for other products like xTool SafetyPro IF2 and xTool SafetyPro AP2, a smart switch is not required. The smart switch is not included in the package and needs to be purchased separately. If you need one, contact our after-sales  services.

Install the fire safety set

1. Install the tube

(1) Prepare the tube and tube adapter and insert the tube into the tube adapter.

(2) Insert one end of the tube into the tube port on the fire safety set. Then insert the other end of the tube with the adapter into the fire safety set port of xTool M1 Ultra.

⚠️ When you install the tube, install it to the tube fitting port instead of other ports. Or it may damage the laser module.

2. Connect to the device

Prepare the USB cable.

(1)Connect one end of the USB cable to the device port on the fire safety set, and connect the other end to the USB port on xTool M1 Ultra. (You can connect any of the four extension ports on xTool M1 Ultra.)

(2) When you turn on xTool M1 Ultra, a beep sound sounds from xTool M1 Ultra. It means the fire safety set connects to xTool M1 Ultra successfully.

3. Install CO2 gas bottles

💡 Unplug the USB cable before installing CO2 gas bottles. Or you may touch the one-press fire extinguishing button by mistake to trigger the action of fire extinguishing.

(1) Unplug the USB cable. Hold the middle part of the control box and remove the upper cover.

(2)Put the gas bottles into holes and rotate them clockwise to tighten them. Then put the upper cover back to the control box.

(3) Reconnect the control box and USB cable.

Use the fire safety set

Enter the working state

(1) Make sure the control box connects to the power supply. Toggle the Working / Test mode switch to enter the working state.

The test state indicator goes off and the working state indicator blinks.

(2) Press the Status switching button on the control box, then the working state indicator turns solid green, indicating that the fire safety set enters the working state.

One-press fire extinguishing

⚠️ Attention:

  • One-press fire extinguishing only works in the working state.
  • Exercise caution when you perform this operation. The action of the fire extinguishing cannot be undone.

When the fire safety set works in the working state, you can press the button to manually trigger the action of fire extinguishing.

During fire extinguishing, the gas is released twice at an interval of 20 s, please wait for the process to complete before you touch the control box.

Replace CO2 gas bottles

After performing the action of fire extinguishing, the gas bottle replacement indicator is solid on, indicating that you need to replace the gas bottles.

💡 You need to purchase new gas bottles for replacement.

  1. Unplug the USB cable before replacing CO2 gas bottles. Otherwise, you may touch the one-press fire extinguishing button by mistake to trigger the action of fire extinguishing.
  2. Hold the middle part of the control box and remove the upper cover.

3. Rotate the CO2 gas bottles anticlockwise to remove them.

     4. Replace 4 gas bottles in the fire safety set.

After replacing the gas bottles, you can connect the control box of the fire safety set to the power supply to use it.
