After connecting xTool F1 Ultra to a computer via USB, the machine's name can't be found in the device list.
The driver program required by the connection may be missing or not installed properly.
Connect the machine to the computer through the USB cable that comes with the product.
Check if the driver program exists in the following way.
If the driver program is missing, follow the steps below to install the driver program and try again.
Download and unzip the driver (DPInsts.rar), choose the corresponding application, and double-click it to install.
A window will pop up as below when the installation is completed. Restart the computer and try again.
Connect the machine to the computer through the USB cable that comes with the product.
Check if the driver program exists in the following way.
If the driver is missing, follow the steps to install the driver and try again.

If your computer fails to recognize a device when connected, it may be due to a faulty USB port or data cable. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Insert the data cable into the Type-C port on the right side of the machine marked with a computer icon, as shown in the image below:
Plug a USB drive or another storage device into the computer's USB port.
Once you have confirmed that the computer's USB port is working, reconnect your device to the computer.
If the device is still not recognized in XCS, try using a different USB cable or switch to another port.
Please turn off your computer's antivirus and firewall features, then restart XCS and reconnect the USB.
If you have installed Norton antivirus software, please select the box shown in the photo below.
