This video tutorial demonstrates how to install the powder blocking plate inside your xTool Apparel Printer at the film-exit area.

• When xTool Apparel Printer and xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine are used together, adhesive powder from the oven can enter the inside of the printer. Installing the powder blocking plate prevents adhesive powder from contaminating the printer’s interior.
• If you do not pair the printer with the OS1 oven, installation of the powder blocking plate is optional.

⚠️ Important note

Edges of the plate may be sharp. Handle with care during installation to avoid hand injury.

Tools required

• Powder blocking plate (included with your printer)
• M3 Phillips screwdriver

Installation procedure
