xTool M1 Ultra Won't Connect to XCS via USB
What you see
After powering on M1 Ultra and connecting it to a computer using a USB cable, the device name does not appear in the "Device list" under the USB option in XCS.
What to do
#1 Update xTool Creative Space
Possible cause: The xTool Creative Space (XCS) software version is outdated.
Solution: Please check the current software version. If it is below version 2.0.117, download the latest version from the xTool official website: xTool Creative Space: Software Download for All xTool Machines

#2 Check the driver
Possible cause: The required drivers (gd32 driver and RNDIS driver) are not installed.
Solution: Check Developer mode in software settings to verify if drivers are installed. If not, install the gd32 and RNDIS drivers.
Note: The CH340 driver is intended for D series machines and is not required for M1 Ultra.
