I am making a cribbage board and so having all 121 holes exactly the right and same size is super important as the peg has to fit each hole exactly the same. Based on the pegs I am using, I set a circle to cut at .11 x .11. However I noticed that on my screen a few holes appeared to be slightly larger than the others. When I click each one, they all show the same dimension of .11 x .11. Even so, if I place a smaller looking hole over a larger looking hole, they show on screen as one within the other - like they are definitely not the same size. Thinking this was just the way they were being rendered on my screen I burned/cut a few of the holes, and they also came out different sizes!

Any idea why the holes are different sizes when they all show the exact same dimensions? I can't continue until I can get these holes all the same!

I tried retyping into the dimension fields to see if maybe the hole didn't “take” the dimensions I typed, but it stayed the same. I don't want to have to redo all the holes - that's a lot.
