P2S was working fine. Have only had it for a month and maybe used it a dozen times. Had been connect USB then internet. Felt my wi-fi was weak with my Imac upstairs so bout down the computer to my studio and  I have been using it directly plugged in for several days. This morning my P2S cannot find device. I have tried new plugs, ports, un and reinstalled software, restarted both the P2 as well as computer. I have no firewall on, can't figure it out. Of course I have 2 paying jobs ready to cut. No live humans on support line and have put in a ticket. Any suggestions? Appreciate it.Nicci
