I have an M1 and RA2. I have failed twice with same problem. I have a more or less cylindrical object, diameter 35 mm, length 90 mm. I have a complex image consisting of parts to be engraved (the weaved pattern) and scored (the ornaments at the top and bottom).

Before I burn, I run the framing, which shows that everything should fit. When I go to process, it looks good at first. Then the laser head starts pushing the chuck and everything is ruined. Why didn't the framing reveal that there wasn't enough space for the laser head?
