Hi,

Anyone know why my outputs comes with a "shadowburn" mark left side of the H letter, like in the picture ? it supposed to be a sharp letter H with no effects.

Material is matte orange coated stainelss steel tumbler.

My settings in xTool Creative Space

Power : 100%

Speed : 40 (mm/s)

Lines per cm : 300

Engraving Mode : Bi-directional
