Good Morning,

I am very frustrated.  We have not been able to use our S1 40 Watt since last firmware update.  We have followed the steps over and over and still get failed messages.

I guess I am insane as I keep doing the same thing over and  over with the same result.  

USB cable is attached.  We have unplugged, turned on and off, rebooted.  Downloaded firmware and went into developer mode and tried to update there.  

What am I missing????

Sorry for the frustrated tone but am soooooooo upset.  I upgraded from D1because I was so happy with Xtool but now regretting and if I ever get this resolved I don't think I will upgrade firmware ever again.

I would appreciate any assistance!  Thank you so much in advance!
