Hi All,

we have had our x-tool for just 2 months now we experienced the laser stop cutting but still does the actions of cutting. we then took are laser P2 apart and tested cleaned mirrors and also realized that the power to the laser box was not getting any lights orange or green. we have tried for 7 days now to get a resolution to our problem however the tec support from x-tool are not very helpful.. any suggestions would be welcome.
