So I just started my first project (scoring/cutting) and the cut ended up going way off track from where my design is. I had just downloaded the most recent software release but something is definitely not calibrated. 

I just contacted the help desk and they had me recalibrate the z-axis, but the cut is becoming more erratic.  I hope to hear about a replacement soon  

9/19 follow-up- after some trial and error and no resolution ,  xtool is shipping me a new F1Ultra.  Great customer service but it just takes some time with the difference in time zones
