P2 dead - no lights, no connection, but some fans running

Asking here as well:

Dear xTool support,
we have an xTool P2 laser cutter ordered from the website a few months ago.

We set up the device a few weeks ago and things worked fine.

We came back into our lab this morning and our P2 has a problem: The internal lighting is off, the display does not show anything and it does not connect to the software anymore via USB. At least some internal fans in the unit are still running.

Following your debugging steps in the technical support, we made sure the emergency shutoff is reset, and we powercycled the whole device - same issue.

I have checked the LEDs on the mainboard: no LEDs are on. I can not currently open the whole device to take a look at the power supply LEDs though.

Do you have any further steps for debugging we should try? How do we proceed? The device has operated for less than two hours of cutting time so far at most.

Any ideas how to proceed? Looks like bad power supply to me.
