Poor cutting from my p2
My new p2 doesn’t seem to be cutting as expected
I'm cutting the 3mm basswood sheets that came with the package and the easyset panel reference shows 80% @ 35mm/s should cut through and 100% at 35 mm/s should have no problem
I ran a material test and I can't even brake a cube out of the grid running 100% at 28 mm/s
I tried with multiple different sheets, all clamped down and using the aimed measure feature with the correct material selected
I did go through the laser alignment and I didn’t have to adjust anything it was all perfect.
The dot that hit the masking tape on the gantry carriage during calibration was so dim, I had to hit pulse 4 times and I could barely see it even after that.
Any ideas?
This is after using an allen key to push out all the squares that would come out and the cut tests are all the creative space generated tests.
