I have a question that hopefully someone can help me with. I had a few items to engrave for a ongoing job I have with main employer. I engrave mugs for the salesmen and hammer handles for the people in the truss plant. I connected my laptop to my D1(USB) and flipped the power switch on the unit. Lo and behold nothing happened. Nada. I checked the power adapter; it has power going to it. I checked the plug itself; it ‘looks’ fine. I tried pushing in the plug going to the unit….HALLELUIA!! I release the light pressure applied and it's back to doornails. I take this to be a bad connection from the power adapter. has anyone experienced this? What was your resolution to this? Do I need to replace the power adapter? Where would be an acceptable replacement(Xtool or other source)? Thanx in advance for your help I'm in a bit of a pickle here!!
