I just finished following the steps to add the antifreeze to my tank. I followed the fill directions for my area, and I'm having 2 problems. 

Prior to adding coolant, I moved the machine through its full x and y axis and it's moving freely however, when I turned the machine on after the 1st fill hardly any water filled the tube and the machine brought the laser all the way to the back center of the workspace and just stopped there making a grinding noise. I used the e stop to reset and try again after making sure the laser was free to move throughout x and y and more water filled the tube (not full) but the laser did the same thing, grinding sound, stopped then grinding sound again. 

After trying again the tube finally filled with fluid (its cold out so I chalked the slow fill time up to the temp of the coolant), completed the second fill and tried again but still same problem with the x,y axis movement.

I submitted a ticket and got the response to follow the steps I already tried plus remove the covers on the laser head and observe the blue light. To be honest I'm incredibly frustrated with the tech support and frankly my previous laser was an Omtech and they're tech support was better (so far). I've emailed tech support again and waiting for a reply but was hoping someone out there had similar issues and would provide more help than tech support.
