Hey all, I'm trying to cut Red cast acrylic. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I'm cutting at 100 power, 5 speed. Fire keeps wanting to spark, but it cuts fully. The problem is, the edges are retaining some melting. I'm sure that means the heat is too high, but the closest I came to toning down the heat is 33 power at 2 speed and that also worked, but still melted the edges.

I mean, they're not BAD, you can only see it when the light hits just right, but I absolutely hate them 😂.
