Hoping someone here has some guidance for me as I simply can't deal with the lag in support from being a US based customer and only getting replies overnight.

Started receiving the error below in XCS a week ago after a few minutes of cutting:

The error Qx020 is actually an error code tied to the Air Pump unexpected voltage or something like that.  When working with support, the Air Pump or the Motherboard were the only things in question so I'm guessing that the “Water Pump Blocked” error is just some mis-mapping of codes in XCS (old Laserbox software gives appropriate “Air Pump” error message).  ( https://xtool.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500013112801-Hardware-Abnormal-Error-Code-diagnosis#h_01FA08C4HZMRGG9CG63DXD13N8 )

Anyway, while testing many things the air pump actually just gave up and stopped working altogether.

My questions:

• Is there a way for me to bypass the air assist altogether for the Laserbox?  I need to be able to get some product out the door here and most other lasers treat air assist as an option or add-on component, but doesn't seem to be the case for the laserbox.
• I cannot find any option to order a replacement air pump for the Laserbox on the xtool site or seemingly on the rest of the internet either, but perhaps there's a better way for me to search for that that you all know?
