
Hoping someone here has some guidance for me as I simply can't deal with the lag in support from being a US based customer and only getting replies overnight.
Started receiving the error below in XCS a week ago after a few minutes of cutting:
The error Qx020 is actually an error code tied to the Air Pump unexpected voltage or something like that. When working with support, the Air Pump or the Motherboard were the only things in question so I'm guessing that the “Water Pump Blocked” error is just some mis-mapping of codes in XCS (old Laserbox software gives appropriate “Air Pump” error message). Anyway, while testing many things the air pump actually just gave up and stopped working altogether.
