Received my new P2 Machine. Unboxed and set up the P1 per the instructions - no issue - laser head can move freely in all directions. Turned the power on, the laser head (which was off from center), centered itself, then moved to the back. As soon as it reached the back (still centered), there was a buzzer sound and the red triangle next to the start/stop button came on. This took about and after 5-10 seconds.  

I did open a ticket but, since I am new to the laser world, I thought I would also reach out the community.

Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated. Attached is a video capturing the issue.
