Hello XTool Community,
I am trying to understand why my brand new, first time using S1 will not pull up my wifi. I tried reaching out to customer support with XTool and they sent me a troubleshooting guide. I followed all steps and nothing was resolved. I have now informed XTool and I was told I would hear from a support specialist within 24/48 hours. Its now over a week and a half, I cant get a response via chat and no one is responding via email.
Can anyone help me understand why I cant access my Wifi through the XCS?
