Hey guys, I keep trying and trying to no avail to come up with parameters that will cut through quarter inch MDF without burning but nothing seems to work. My machine almost catches on fire after every attempt.

So far I have tried as low as a speed of 1 and 100% power and it only starts to burn the material without actually cutting through. I’ve also tried up to 30 passes at a higher speed (around 15) and it still hasn’t cut through. Does anyone else have any experience that could help me out with this?
