So I'm having an issue where my D1 Pro 20w stops in the middle of the engraving process and gives a “device disconnected” error code.  It work just fine yesterday.  I use a usb cable to keep connection, laptop never goes into sleep mode, I have the latest firmware and software installed.  Any suggestions??  I had a similar issue this same time last year, where it would stop mid engrave, and then it eventually got to where it wouldn't even send power past the motherboard except to lock up the gears.  They sent me a link to dwn load and get that resolved but that page is no longer available.
