I am a high school teacher and purchased an F2 Ultra Deluxe bundle for about $8500 and what they did not tell me is that there is not a compatible cord to run the rotary machine. You need to buy that separately. This seems really unprofessional to sell a package that is not even compatible. It has a 4 pin connector, but the machine takes a usbc connector. After hyping the kids up that we were starting water bottles, we will now need to wait and pay more money for a cord thatr should have been included since this was a bundle purchase. I like the tool, I want to like the company, but the customer service has been lax and poor and this kind of extra inconvenience and cost, just seems totally unnecessary. There was no mention anywhere about this. Step up. You also don't even have Ultra F2 listed as an option for a board to post this on so it's going to end up on the General.
