F2 Ultra UV dots don't correspond with where laser does its magic

I created a 3x3 golf ball jig on my 3D printer and fastened it to the center of the Ultra bed. The center ball is dead center under the red and blue spots, but … that's not where the laser goes.

So, the hood is up and the dots are aligned in the center, on the # 3. If I frame it, the area is behind the # 3, which is also where it marks. In this photo, the green dot appears to be centered visually, but looking at it on the bed, it's towards the rear and the dots are centered at the top.

So again. It looks correct in this photo, but on the bed, the dots are centered on the # 3 (red cross).

Any ideas??

UPDATE: I switch from flat material to curved and mapped the center ball. Came out perfectly. Even the framing was centered. I guess I don't understand how people are batching balls with flat mode.
