I used it for less then a day before it seems the hepa filter is clogged, it runs normally with the filter out. If i put the filter back in you get the alarm and it stops. I used it mostly for engraving metal business cards and trying various settings engraving wood and stainless steel. It was within the first day of starting to use the laser and lasers in general for the first time. I contacted support but i just get the same generic bot response that it will clog over time etc. The filters are quite expensive and should last longer then a day with that type and amount of work. When i tried cutting some thin wood pieces i disconnected the purifier and ran the hose out of the window instead. Are the filters and smoke purifiers that bad quality?
