
I ordered a new F2 Ultra for Christmas, and it came with a some free stuff. One of the the things was a Colorcraft kit. However, when I try to download the files, I can't. I've opened two customer support tickets to no avail… this is not giving me confidence in their customer support. Any ideas? I've already checked to ensure I'm logged in with the same credentials as when I ordered the machine. Also, why isn't F2 Ultra a board category?
