I work for a school district and ordered an F2Ultra Deluxe Bundle with the extra care warranty. Received it this Monday and called in my three surrounding district CTE coordinators to go through the setup with me to see if this was a viable option for all of us. After setup during the calibration it sounded like someone who couldn't drive a stick shift grinded every gear at once, then stopped and said Z axis Issue Error code Motor_All. Went through the trouble-shooting process and nothing was resolved. I Did the power off thing reset it, same thing. Took a video of it and tried calling in for help. I was told to fill out a ticket online and sent the other CTE people home.  I sent in a help ticket and the video, along with the fact that I did troubleshoot. I waited 24 hours, but received no response or update, so I called and was told that someone is working on it and I would hear back. I also tried calling the education success line during their hours of operation and was told a 4-minute wait time. After 15, it said to leave my information, and someone would return my call. Still no response yesterday. Called again today, explained that I would just like to return everything if this is how customer service is, because I can't have school districts with teachers and kids waiting on a lack of customer service. The operator explained that someone was on my help ticket even though it was not updated, and if I hadn't gone through all of the troubleshooting, it is not how they do returns. I have attached my video, and I think it is pretty obvious that this is a bad machine. If I were a business and needed this to make money, I would be losing my mind with this service. As a teacher, it is not great, but I would definitely look elsewhere if you are someone who expects and pays for customer care or maybe if you buy the extra care give us an actual phone number to someone who can help.
