Funny how you removed my post about issues with customer support or lack of I should say. Controlled narrative - I guess I must go to the masses on Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube and let them know that your company is a fraud and doesn't stand behind its products.. Doesn't even answer when they DELIVER DAMAGED GOODS.. Hide all you want youll have to answer sometime.. to either the bad posts or my attorney.

UPDATE:

I continued to have issues with the customer service team in China. Finally I was contacted by a person from the Mountain View offices. He was courteous, sympathetic and helpful. We are now in process of getting my issues corrected. I have let him know that there have been others that have had issues that cannot seem to get the help they need and sent him the link to this page. I have also asked if there is anyway I can help to direct you to them in Mountain View. I am waiting for a reply and will update you all as I know more. I will tell you that this individual moved quickly and made me feel like a customer again, I hope that I can help you all get there as well.

HERE IS WHAT I GOT: Call customer service at  +1 (888) 528-2293 and ask them to please open your ticket with the US Customer Support Team in Mountain View. The problem they seem to be having is that customer service (in Philippines) is sending the requests to the China support team. Be assertive to make sure they have this clear, you must deal with US customer Care ONLY. Hope this helps anyone that is as frustrated as I was -
