I have been using the F1 ultra for a few months and has been great. I have used the laser on many flat items. I have used the rotary and is working great. I went to use the rotary recently and I am having trouble. It seems to have no power. I have focused the laser and tried everything I can think of. I went back to the flat setting and that seems fine. It’s when I use the rotary the power is very weak. Anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to address the problem?
