My wife a and I have been using multiple lasers with Lightburn for the past few years. We recently purchased an xTool F2 and are using xTool Studio. Pretty impressed with Studio as to suggested material output% and speeds. Here is our issue.

My wife created six different coasters on our programming computer the emailed the SVG files to me per our standard. Opened Studio and used the recommend round cork Engrave settings of 55% at 1500 mm/sec. All came out great  ( I suggest using the outline feature to help with alignment.)

Then came the question, can we use these same files on slate coasters?  Using one of the SVG files I used the non xTool Invert work around of Offset, External, Offset distance.01, Outer shapes only. Then Make compound vector. That worked great.

After that change to ONE of the files, ALL of the files showed total black on Engrave preview and burn all black. The Engrave settings still show 55% at 1500mm/sec. I've eliminated all 6 of those files from xTool Studio. Removed xTool Studio and reinstalled on my laptop. Had the files renamed on the programming computer and reloaded to Studio. Still, those files burn black.

Newer files and old files are fine, only those files. I don't understand. Is there anyway xTool “flagged” those files in my attempt to invert? That's why we started from step one as far as xTool Studio reload and new files. Any ideas on what I messed up on and how to get my wife's hours of design work to process properly on Studio again?
