I just received my M1 Ultra machine a few days ago and I have been educating myself on videos within the platform itself and outside on YouTube and just trying to educate myself as much as possible and I’m still running into issues. The description on the site made it seem like this machine did it all but I’m starting to figure out that it doesn’t. I’m trying to do the basic things of printing and cutting and it doesn’t even do that. Am I wrong? I have spent countless hours and purchased so much material and wasted all because it said that it could print on sublimation paper and it doesn’t.
