My S1 2W IR laser stopped firing. The 40W works fine. The larking laser on the 2W works, the fans are moving. I have done all the troubleshooting steps. I cannot get a response from support chat. This unit is only a couple months old and the IR laser has had minimum use since it does not work that great on jewerly. I only use for metal business cards.

I will add that the cards I was trying to make in the video are cards that I have made 100s of with the same settings and cards.
