I continue to get this Purifier Alert - Error Code M9039 S4 on my P2S.  I have under 9 working hours on the laser and purifier.  I just cleaned the laser and followed all the directions on cleaning out the purifier including taking the fan out and cleaned.  The error is saying to replace the low-life filters, what are those?  I have not changed any filters.  

What else can I do?
