I just replaced the laser on my p2s

I was able to cut one project successfully - after that I have had numerous issues

It keeps skipping, jumping and stuttering and cutting unevenly from one side of the project to the other regardless of settings

and the left front mirror keeps falling off so I have had to fasten it so it stays set

I have made sure the machine is level

I have checked the calibration settings and made the adjustments

I have checked to make sure there isn't anything on the rails or under the belts

what else can be causing this or making this happen?  This machine is less than one year old.
