Hello all, 

my S1 is not working since days, a local school I am supporting is waiting for the material for the art class and the xTool support via tickets is very slow, not goal-oriented and could not provide a solution yet (for days). 

Therefore, I hope that someone in the community maybe had the same problem and could give me a hint regarding the root cause and how to solve it.

My problem: After power on my S1 is no longer able to reset correctly. It moves the laser module down and tries to move it further down even after the stop. It completely ignores the x-axis and only moves forward a bit on the y-axis. 

I attached a video showing this behavior. 

I really hope that there is a solution available.
