Xtool studio.. I have successfully installed on my laptop windows 11 and the program work fine.  However on my windows 11 pc, after restarts, re-installs then restart, firewall and permissions checks and hours of searching i just cannot get the application to get past the launch screen, application opens then just hangs with border and black screen.  also tried appdata file delete method like the old XCS app launch issue, still no luck.

my only thoughts is my pc is a custom build, pc specs are above recommended and my laptop is bellow, besides a little lag the laptop works fine for my needs.  is there any chance hardware in my pc is the problem.  XCS still works on my pc and has done fine for the last 4-5 months with zero issues.  my pc is about 3-4 years old, laptop few months old, both up to date with windows 11 latest updates though.

On my laptop I have the latest update so I tried copying that file to usb and transferred to the pc, installed and still the same problem hanging at launch screen.
