I have set up for a first time print after calibration and when I want to print it says printing not available in the grey area? It has a drop down option of using the electrostatic mat (which I do have but not yet used) but if I never had the electrostatic mat how would I have been able to print? This is one of many problems I have had in the past (but all resolved in time) I have had my M1 with Riser base and all the extras, as well as M1 Ultra again with all the extras, and in the 3 or so years I have managed 10 small picture frames engraved! What a return for my investments! can anyone Help please?
