SOS - M1 still throwing Qx14 3 error even after replacing parts

Several weeks ago, our M1 that is about 18 months old began making LOUD knocking noises and not cutting appropriately. We went ahead and performed a deep clean like usual when the quality lowers on our projects. This seemed to make it worse. It was making a horrible knocking noise, and would not cut at all. The laser would just burn the wood. (This was not a setting, air assign, or measurement issue). Eventually, we got the Error Code Qx14 3 error.  

We contacted XTool and over the following several days, they concluded we needed a few parts replaced. Today we received our parts and replaced all without issue. Driver board, small cable, and large cable were all replaced. 

When starting the machine up again, the knocking noise is gone (YAY). However, we still are getting the Qx14 3 error. We have restarted the machine several times and even tried on another computer to ensure it wasn't a software issue.  

We contacted Xtool again but hoping to bring it here for feedback. We have had to cancel orders and not accept anything additional for weeks because of this.
