When I try to score, It does not make a mark on the wood.  When I engrave the same thing.  When I cut, It scores deeply but does not cut.  Also when the cut is done the Y axis lines are about 1.3 mm wide and the X axis lines are 2.5mm wide.  what has caused this.  This all started when I got the Low power to fan message.  I did not ignore it.  I have cleaned all the lenses and recentered the pulse.  In the first image there is a mark on the lens that has never effected it before.  In the second image you can see that the laser is centered.
