Machine is a D1 non-pro and Long story short… The laser got caught on something and it got  the lower wheel of the laser bracket out of the actual rail… Got it all put together and now the whole bracket with the wheels is super loose. Didn't really see anything that can tension those wheels on that rail.

Have not wanted to run any more projects because I know that the head will be moving around every stop and will do a sloppy job engraving.

Anybody has had that happen before? How did you fix it?

I have a ton of attachements for that d1(10w, 20w, infrared, air assist, etc), I can’t just give up on that machine. Thank you!
