Hello!  Im a newbie at lasers and a business .I bought this F1 to do glass primarily, and of course xtool does NOT support glass for F1 at this time it says in their material settings. yet it marketed and advertised that way.  ive done it and it chips and chunks are missing from images. its clear I'm
  guessing and have no idea how to resolve it, tried youtube and other laser companies to answer they just want me to buy their laser, Just need a little guidance and thank  you all in advance
