Sphere cuts off
So, we did everything according to https://support.xtool.com/article/377?from=search&q=sphere and tried to engrave a 57mm sphere (thus placing the RA2 on level 1 in the raiser).
However, the lower part is cut off and not properly engraved as you can see on the pictures.
Any idea why this is and how to prevent it?
