HELP!  I am so frustrated and have wasted ALOT of material with my D1 Pro 40 watt.  

Whenever I try and “reprocess” a design that I have created in XCS - (ran once, want to run again to cut thru wood as an example) - an image that I used as my very first project runs and completely ruins what I was working on.

Example:  Cutting out a tree - does not cut thru first time - hit the reprocess button and instead of cutting the tree again - it scores a bear.

I have deleted and reloaded the software, I have unplugged for a few days, I have cleared cache - please help!
