Issue Description

#1 Check the Firmware Version

1. Connect the machine to the software.
2. The computer should be connected to the Internet.
3. Check if the firmware is up-to-date as shown in the picture below.

#2 Check RGB Cable

1. Refer to the picture below to remove the upper right cover of the machine.
2. Unplug and replug the RGB cable, and check if its surface is worn.
3. If yes, replace the cable to see if the issue is solved.
