Sometimes we get asked about how people can buy replaceable parts for their xTool engravers or accessories. Whether you are to fix a problem with the device, or simply want a few spare parts at hand, this guide will tell you exactly how to get them in a few simple steps.
Choose the Way That Suits You
- If there is a problem with your device and you need a replacement part.
- If your warranty is valid, contact us for free replacement parts.
- If your warranty is void/expired, please refer to the steps below to place an order.

Place Order on xTool Store
You can buy parts directly from us, which is a quick and convenient way to get what you need.
This is especially helpful if your warranty has expired, or you don't want to wait for customer support.
Please follow the steps below. Here we use our US site as an example.
Option1. From the product listing
- Visit our official online store: www.xtool.com
- At the top menu bar, select the "Products" tab on the left.
- At the drop-down page, select "xTool Accessories" at the bottom left.
- On the "Accessories" page, click on "View all" in the upper right corner.
The above will take you to the product page for accessories and parts.
From here, scroll down for the replacement parts to show up, like below.
Option2. From the store search
You can also search the entire store with the name of the part of or simply some keyword like "replacement".
- Click on the magnifier icon at the top right of the website.
- At the pop-up search page, enter the keyword in the search box.
- The search result will appear right below the search box.
- Click on the search result. It will lead you to the page to place an order.
