Issue Description
If you find your desktop smoke purifier won't work, it's most likely because the motor has stopped running due to obstructed airway. Please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting Steps
#1 Check if the Upper Cover Is Installed Wrong
If the upper cover is upside down, the air resistance will be too much for the motor to work.
Please make sure the side with the sticker faces the air inlet as shown below.
#2 Check if the Filter Is Too Dirty
Too much dust accumulated in the filter increases air resistance and causes the motor to stop working.
In this case, please change the filter.
#3 Check the Air Way for Foreign Object
Check the following locations and make sure there is no blockage.
The air outlet of F1.
The exhaust pipe.
The air inlet of the purifier.
