• Why does it become dirty? Operating at high power, the laser module delivers ample energy when processing materials, resulting in significant smoke production. Consequently, the lens is prone to accumulating dirt.
•  We suggest cleaning the lens between every operation. And for extended periods of material processing, it is advisable to clean the lens and nozzle hourly.
• When the shield is contaminated or the laser's cutting performance declines, it's time to clean it.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Cleaning Guide:

1️⃣ First, disconnect the machine for safety. Unscrew and remove the laser head, then use a 1.5mm L-key to remove the light shield.

2️⃣ Our products come with an official maintenance kit. Gently clean the laser prism, infrared laser-emitting point, and the inner and outer frames of the shield with dust-free tissues moistened with rubbing alcohol or a zero-alcohol cleaning solution.

For precision cleaning, use Q-tips to wipe away dirt and soot, then use a dry end to absorb any remaining solution.

3️⃣ Carefully reassemble the components, reversing the disassembly steps. Avoid over-tightening the screw to prevent damaging the light shield.
