It's a familiar scenario for many of us: encountering the message "The element is placed out of the processing area." This often occurs when the original design doesn't fit within the material being used.
In an attempt to make it fit, you might rotate the design. At first glance, everything appears to be in order. However, when you click "Process," nothing happens. Despite the design looking like it should fit within the processing area and not exceed the material, the issue persists.
To address this issue, you can try selecting your design. You will notice that the "Green Selection Boundary" extends beyond the processing area. Moving your design within the processing area might resolve the issue in some cases.
However, this isn't always possible. So here is another way to modify the "Green Selection Boundary" to accommodate your design. Here's what you can do:
3. Now the "Green Selection Boundary" is altered, it is not rotated anymore, and it is well within your processing area and the material, and should be able to process now.
Occasionally, even after resolving the initial issue, you may still encounter the error message and face difficulty processing your design. In such cases, it is essential to carefully examine your design for any additional elements that appear to be placed outside the processing area or extend beyond the material dimensions.
If you selected them, you will notice that their "Green Selection Boundary" is overlapping the processing area and maybe the material.
In this case, there are two ways to handle the issue,
2. Select the problematic elements and switch their "Output" to the "Off" setting. This will exclude them from the processing, allowing you to proceed without encountering the error message.
