Introducing the "process what you draw" feature that allows you to draw directly on the material or drawing board. With this, the machine will recognize your drawing and automatically start processing it, saving you time and hassle.
Before using the "Process What You Draw" function, ensure you have the correct circular code for enabling this feature.
To properly use this function, follow these steps:
Grab your black and red pens and get ready to draw! Use black for laser cutting and red for laser engraving.
Draw on an A4 size (297mm * 210mm) drawing board, making sure to follow the positioning diagram provided. Please avoid drawing in the upper left corner, as it may be in the shadow area of the laser head where hard to be recognized.
Once you've finished your design, it's time to start processing! The "process what you draw" function operates offline, eliminating the need for XCS. Make sure your drawing board is properly positioned, and then press the button.
Do not draw near the ring code as it may also be considered noise and removed during processing.
If your machine is having trouble starting offline processing, make sure you have followed all of the precautions mentioned above. Additionally, double-check that the corresponding processing mode is checked in the XCS equipment settings, and that there is a ring code on the canvas.
Place the drawing area as close to the camera as possible. We are continuously working on improving accuracy to reduce the offset. If the offset is less than 2mm, it is within the normal range. If the offset is greater than 2mm, try performing primary or secondary calibration.
Avoid using colors other than blue, black, or red to draw as the possible outcomes are unknown.
